au revoir/hasta la vista/ciao/wie ghets...what's "bye" in german?

Right, so I'm panicking. I haven't packed yet, I've come into work to finish up last minute disasters, and I'm not in the mood to travel for 25 straight hours tonight.

Johannesburg to Madrid - 11 hours.
Two hour wait Madrid
Madrid to Brussels - 2 hours
Train from station to Gare du Midi - 40 minutes plus wait
Gare du Midi to Luxembourg Central - 3 hours.

OK so not 25 hours, but long enough.

I'm very excited, and I'm also shitting myself: it's been a while since I kicked back my eskimo heels in Europe. I will be back on 29 April. Hang in there everybody. This time I'll definitely give you some feedback, I'll be spending lots of time in Internet cafes.

Oh and I wanted to show off my new freelancing job. Go to www.jhblive.com
Click on "Kultcha"
See the story at the top, "Haunted by Hillbrow"? That's me!
Also scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on "Globetrotters" - I wrote something on Zanzibar too.

Right. Have a super dooper day!
Byeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Ciao bella!

Aufwiedersehen was the German one, or tschüss. Now the last one you will hear a lot.

Tschüss pronounced ch (as in chocolate) uu (as in bureau) s - "chuus" would be phonetic.

Kewl article by the way!
