winter blues

The trees are changing colour, the sun is that gloriously warm yet not shvitzy-hot, the days are shorter, my waking up repertoire consists of jumping from my bed, straight to my cupboard and throwing anything on before my tits freeze off.

Third World Ant and I spent a peachy afternoon drinking wine on a blanket at Zoo Lake yesterday. Then meandering through the [mostly hectically twee] art pieces at Art in the Park, and ending off with a pizza at the Bowling Club with Third Roommate. It was a good distraction for both of us.

Winter has arrived. Perfectly paralleling my sad mood.

It wont be long before you are regaling us with tales of long Sunday afternoon shag sessions wrapped under a ton of blankets and a oil heater burning in the corner. Chin up lady, winter has its good parts too.

Thanks Bill.

Perhaps I should invest in that heater. Not coping with life today. :)

Jam - exactly what I needed, thank you. xx

Said a blade of grass to an autumn leaf, "You make such a noise falling! You scatter all my winter dreams."
Said the leaf indignant, "Low-born and low-dwelling! Songless, peevish thing! You live not in the upper air and you cannot tell the sound of singing."
Then the autumn leaf lay down upon the earth and slept. And when spring came she waked again - and she was a blade of grass.
And when it was autumn and her winter sleep was upon her, and above her through all the air the leaves were falling, she muttered to herself, "O these autumn leaves! They make such a noise! They scatter all my winter dreams."

It is the question said...

Hey Peas

Similar places it seems. Exes, sadness and melancholy.

Vasbyt. All that has got me through this last week is the thought, "I am better than this. I as surely as down follows up, up must follow down."

Good luck.

Oh young Peas:

There are times in ones life when all you believe your head was put there for was for someone to shit on it.

The best part is, the only one that manages to do it (unless one is into some really kinky stuff) is a bird.

And we all know that birds fly free!

So: have a good cry (which no doubt has already taken place), smile, pick up the head (yours- not his) and go get em!

Thanks Antoine.

I fear a bird shitting all over my head would feel fucking fantatsic in comparison to what I feel now. :)

Crying is what I do best. :)

It magically disappeared.

It magically disappeared.
It's making me cry. And I'm pretty certain my colleagues don't want to watch me blowing snot bubbles the entire day.

So moving swiftly along.

Hey guys

To all of you, just wanted to say thanks for being the most superbly wonderful and loyal readers. You have no idea how much your comments, advice, and input has helped me through some of my lowest points. It's like a whole support group out there that doesn't even know me, or owe me anything. Yet you guys have been so supportive and so exceptional.

My life is a series of constant dramas, for which I take a lot of responsibility for. Perhaps it just wouldn't be me without them. But without the support of all of you, my dear friends and Small Bum, I don't really know what I'd do.

So in a [long] nutshell, thanks guys.
Without even knowing most of you personally, you have become a very important aspect of my life.

Thank you,
Peas.
PS: Billy you're my cyber bodyguard. Nobody messes with you who messes with me. :) Love you guy.
