diverging tastes

I stayed in with my flatmate last night. We wrapped our lips around each other a merlot (ha ha ha), and listened to music. Problem is, we have a serious problem. With musical taste that is.
Here were a few of our choices:

In other news, when your shoes start to give you crap, you know there are issues.
Graunch & Run.
It's my schtick. Otherwise I will hurt it. And if I don't hurt it, it will hurt me.

Loving the cartoons.
Loving it.
Graunch and run a good idea when you wish to avoid relationships.

Pete - sadly no. Just much Merlot consumed :)

Jam - I discovered this lovely little cartoon function on my mac yesterday. Man, it's addictive!

Man...
that was some strong Merlot

You want good music? - why didn't you ask? Go buy the "Postal Service" CD -- go on, off you go

Peasy woke up in a terrible state
Probably from staying up a little bit late
Yup, it's definitely time
To put down the wine
When your shoes and your cuffs become mates

Hmm, not my best work but limited material this morning
:)

8Ball - once again, you never disappoint! And right on the money.
A good merlot though :)

Bete - I'm just assuming, for my shoe's sake, that it has stood in some nasty business at the Colon. It's only a matter of time, I suppose.

Hey flatmate! There's absolutely nothing wrong with Roxette or Spice Girls! They were just fab in their day...

I'll have you know I bopped to Roxette the whole way to work this morning - perhaps that's why my head doesn't feel as bad as yours, with Michael Bolton crooning in the background???

Ant - Hahaha. OK, confession time. I have their Greatest Hits. And 'Sleeping In My Car' is my Colony karaoke favourite...

I think it might be time to start checking the cold medication info sheet for "known side effects"

Kyk - I'm just going to take a wild stab in the dark here - and assume 'compulsive cartoon making' isn't on the list.

Hey Peas

So I have done NO work today - been reading through all your blogs - rivetting stuff. So real!

Just wanted to know: What Sparkle Body Cream are you using now? Body Shop Vanilla is the Bees!
I give it as gifts and the friends LOVE me! ;-)

Have a fantastic day!
Back to work for me... bummer

Cheers

Hi Chantelle

Since Nivea pulled the plug on shimmery sparkle, I've been using that Tropitone stuff. Cheap and nasty, but does the trick. I like the sound of the vanilla one - yummy! Will look into it, definitely.
